We build around our concept that through teamwork and hard work, we can achieve our goals and build our confidence.

The expectation of our athletes is to respect each other, the coaches, and fellow competitors. We also believe that this should also be demonstrated outside of the gym at school and home.

Three Cheers: Coaching Athletes, Developing Leaders, Building a Family!

All-Star Cheer: This is the most competitive and time-intensive program. The athletes are committed to a cheer team that practices twice a week, approximately 5  total hours, and requires a year-long commitment. They will compete in 5-6 competitions locally and attend at least 1 out-of-state competition.

Novice or 1/2 year Cheer: This program is designed to introduce cheerleading and develop the skills associated with the sport. These teams meet once a week, practicing for 1.5 hours per week. Tumbling is optional. They will compete in 2 competitions locally, with an option to attend our year end competition. (goes Sept-April).

Prep Cheer: This is also a competitive program that offers athletes an introduction into the competitive cheerleading world. The commitment level is medium/high, just as it is in the All-Star program, however their practice time and competition schedule is reduced. These teams will practice twice a week, for 3 total hours, and requires a year-long commitment. They will compete in 4-5 competitions locally, with an option to attend 1 our year end competition.

Recreational Cheer: This program is designed to introduce cheerleading and develop the skills associated with the sport. These teams meet once a week, practicing either 60 minutes, depending on age. These teams follow a semester-style schedule, designed to match local area school district schedules. At the end of each semester, they will compete in the Three Cheers Championship, our local in-house competition and exhibition. These athletes will also have the option to test for pom-poms, advancing in skill and technique.
